TransitHell.com� (TH) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. The all information collected on this site is used solely for TH and is never shared with outside parties. Content submitted under the submission pages become property of TH and can be used accordingly. If a user has ever sent TH contact information and does not wish to be contacted anymore, send an e-mail to privacy@transithell.com detailing the e-mail address to be removed.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user�s hard drive containing information about the user. TH doesn’t uses cookies for site registration if the user wishes to be remembered. All data is encrypted to keep user information private.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user�s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. On all transactions where a user submits data, either site registration, poll voting or article submission, we store the users IP address. This is for the protection of TH and this information is not in anyway used on the website.
